Pudgy The Watchman (1938) **

Betty Boop hires a certain Al E.Katz, a professional mouse catcher working for the Mouse Eradicator Co. He tortures the poor rodents, using them as darts and putting them in cages (they demand a lawyer). Little Pudgy is their only hope.
