As result of a minor frontier readjustment, some inhabitants of a small Turkish town find themselves living on the wrong side of the border. And without passports, an idiotic guard refuses to let them into their own country. A heavy-handed, but often hilarious political satire about bureaucracy, oppression and stupidity.
